Elizabeth Davis Helps Leadership Teams Get Unstuck and Stay That Way

Meet Elizabeth

Guiding Companies to Grow and Their Leaders to Thrive

After founding and running companies for 40+ years, Elizabeth Davis has spent the past eight years in the room with leadership teams. During this time, Elizabeth has led 500 sessions, not coaching from the outside, but working alongside founders, CEOs, and their people to build the systems that make great businesses actually run.

As an expert EOS Implementer® and executive coaching expert in Austin, Elizabeth works with privately held companies of 10 to 250 employees across every industry, from technology firms to nonprofits. Her approach is direct, the EOS process is proven, and her client testimonials speak for themselves.

What sets Elizabeth’s leadership coaching approach apart isn’t just her EOS expertise. It’s that she’s walked in your shoes. As a founder who launched, funded, and navigated a cloud computing company through a successful exit to NetSuite, she knows the weight of scaling a business firsthand. Combined with her leadership work across international nonprofits, Elizabeth brings a deeply empathetic, lived perspective to the room, helping leadership teams navigate growth and hard conversations because she’s lived them herself.

ELIZABETH’S APPROACH

How Elizabeth Works

She teaches. You own it.

Elizabeth operates on a train-the-trainer model designed to build lasting capability across your entire organization. She guides leadership teams through implementing EOS step-by-step, taking the tools from the leadership team to the front lines. Your team gains mastery by applying the system directly and teaching it to your own people. By graduation, your business is running at 80% or better across all EOS components — equipped with the muscle and discipline to sustain and scale it on your own.

Alongside you, not above you.

Elizabeth works side-by-side with leaders who are ready to break through growth ceilings and scale their organizations to the next level. Whether working with tech founders scaling faster than their systems can handle or women CEOs navigating high-stakes decisions, she knows the challenges beneath the surface are almost always the same: unclear vision, misaligned roles, or a lack of accountability. She meets every leadership team where they are, partners with them through the complex work of scaling, and stays for the hard conversations.

Vision. Traction. Healthy.

EOS addresses the three essentials of every great business: getting every person on the leadership team aligned with the exact same vision, building the discipline to execute that vision with accountability, and doing the ongoing work of building a healthy, functional team. Elizabeth helps leadership teams get strong across all three.
