What is the Women Presidents Organization?

The Women Presidents Organization (WPO) is a global membership community and entrepreneur network where female business leaders gather in intimate, carefully curated chapters to share real challenges, receive candid feedback, and hold each other accountable to the goals that matter most.

WPO brings together women CEOs and business owners for confidential peer advisory that goes far deeper than networking.

Functioning as a confidential advisory board, a WPO chapter gives you access to a powerful network of women CEOs navigating different stages of growth. Together, members share resources and knowledge, support one another through complex business decisions, shine a spotlight on each other’s achievements, and build lasting professional relationships.

Elizabeth Davis serves as Regional Lead for the U.S. Mid South and actively chairs two Austin chapters. She knows firsthand the transformational power this community brings to women leaders who are ready to step into it.

IS WPO RIGHT FOR YOU?

Who WPO Is Designed For

WPO is designed for women who have already built something significant and are ready for a peer community that matches that level.

To qualify for membership, you must be the CEO, president, or managing partner of a privately held company with at least $1 million in annual service revenue or $2 million in annual product revenue. WPO is not for those just starting out. It is for women who are already leading at a high level and want to keep growing.

Beyond the numbers, WPO tends to resonate most with women who recognize themselves in at least one of these:

You make big decisions regularly and have very few people you can be fully honest with about them. Your employees look to you for answers. Your family does not fully understand the weight of what you carry. And most networking events leave you feeling like you are the only one in the room with real problems.

THE WPO AND EOS CONNECTION

Two Paths to the Same Goal

Elizabeth did not choose WPO and EOS by accident. She chose them because they work toward the same thing: helping business owners build companies that run well and lives that feel worth living.

WPO gives women CEOs the peer community and perspective needed to lead effectively at the top. EOS gives leadership teams the operating system they need to turn vision into execution. For Elizabeth, the two are deeply complementary.
